Our company was created in 1924. The third generation is represented by Philippe Bau and Frederic Chevallier. We work with private companies, associations and local councils. Some of our customers have worked with us for several decades.

"To be a good practitioner, it's necessary to be a good theoretician" (Louis Pasteur), Philippe Bau and Frédéric Chevallier have between them experience in general management, financial direction and teaching and university research experience.

Our customers give us, with serenity and confidence, the missions which we carry out alone, or with our carefully chosen specialist partners; legal specialists, consultants, SSII, balance sheet experts, foreign consultants...
